Shipping & Delivery

As experts in festival fashion, we understand your purchase is for a special event and we will do our best to meet your festival deadline. Please include your event date at checkout.

Order Processing Time: 

Ready-To-Ship orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Made-To-Order items are handmade items, and creation begins after the order is placed. We ask that would allow up to 4 weeks for custom creation. We appreciate your patience and in planning ahead so that we do not have to rush your artwork. In the case that you do need an item rushed, an expedited option may be available for you for an additional fee. 

During a promotional sale, (i.e. Black Friday) when there is a high volume of orders, please allow for an additional 1-2 weeks cushion for order creation time. Thank you in advance.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Please take note that all in-stock items that are purchased with a made-to-order creation will ship together when the made-to-order item is ready to ship.

Delivery Time:

Transit times are different and in addition to processing times above. Delivery time is measured at the point of shipping. All orders are shipped with USPS from our California location. Transit times and price vary is based on the USPS terms & conditions of service, product(s) weight, and buyer(s) location. 

  • USPS Ground Advantage is expected to arrive in 3-6 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail is expected to arrive in 2-3 business days.
  • USPS Express Mail (overnight) is expected to arrive in 1-2 business days.

International Delivery Time:

  • USPS First Class International is expected to arrive in 7-22 business days. 
  • USPS Priority International is expected to arrive in 6-10 business days.
  • USPS Express International is expected to arrive in 3-5 business days.

*International Terms and Conditions: International orders may be subject to a tax or an extra fee by customs. We do not under any circumstances cover that fee. International customers take full liability for that cost, if your country charges one. When customer purchases, they are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Under no circumstances will these terms and conditions be adjusted for international orders. (Any orders shipping outside of the United States) - Space Island has no control over what your country may charge for Import Duties or Customs Fees. Space Island is not responsible for any additional fees that are charged by USPS for shipping or processing fees. If you decline to pay for the customs or duties fees, and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping of $50 which will be deducted from the total amount of the order and the rest will be issued as STORE CREDIT. No refunds will be issued.*

Tracking:

A tracking number is available with every purchase and is sent by email and/or text message. This tracking code will be available to you only before or when an item ships. 

Shipping Policy:

Spaceisland.com is not responsible for delays incurred by the carrier during transit. This includes delays due to but not limited to: holidays, weather, international sorting centers, customs, or incorrect and insufficient addresses. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, or if a carrier cannot leave the package with the receiver and it is returned back to our offices you will incur a reshipment fee.
